Next Unit

Our next unit is on the Black Death. Students received a large packet with graphic organizers, readings, and outlines that they will be working on over the next few weeks. This unit is part of the Idaho Core Coach program. I will be sharing select works with other teachers and state representatives in coming months. These assignments SHOULD be completed in class. If your student misses a day in coming weeks, please make sure they meet with me. This is a great assignment that the kids should enjoy, it addresses many core standards and it should be an interesting journey into their first attempt at persuasive writing.

Thanks,

Mr. Ballard
